Common faults and troubleshooting of sightseeing elevator

1. The power supply of the power grid is normal, and there are no express and slow trains in the elevator.

main cause:

1) Fuse melt of main circuit or control circuit is burnt out;

2) The voltage relay is damaged, and the contact of the safety protection switch in other circuits is poor and damaged;

3) The wiring from the control cabinet wiring terminal to the motor wiring terminal is not connected in place;

4) The actions of various protection switches are not restored.


Troubleshooting:

1) Check whether the fuse melt of the main circuit and control circuit is blown, installed and clamped in place. Eliminate the fault according to the inspection.

2) Find out whether the voltage relay is damaged, check whether the voltage relay is pulled in, check whether the coil wiring of the voltage relay is connected, and check whether the action of the voltage relay is normal. Eliminate the fault according to the inspection.

3) Check whether the wiring of the control cabinet wiring terminal is in place; Check whether the wiring of the motor junction box is clamped in place; Eliminate intentional according to the inspection.

4) Check whether the contact or action of various components of the elevator current, overload, weak magnetic field, voltage and safety circuit is abnormal, and eliminate the fault according to the inspection.

2. The elevator goes down normally and there is no express train up. main cause:

1) The wiring of the up one and two limit switches is not real, and the switch contact is poor or damaged.

2) The up control contactor and relay are not engaged or damaged.

3) The control circuit wiring is loose or falls off.

Troubleshooting:

1) Connect the wiring of the limit switch contact, replace the contact of the limit switch and replace the limit switch.

2) Connect the wiring of the relay coil of the down control contactor and replace the contactor relay. 3) Connect the loose or fallen wiring of the control circuit

3. The elevator car does not stop at the leveling position. main cause:

1) The reed contact of the upper and lower leveling inductors is poor, the relative position and size of the magnetic separator or inductor do not meet the standard requirements, and the wiring of the inductor is poor. 2) The upper and lower leveling sensors are damaged.

3) The control circuit is faulty.

4) The up and down contactors do not reset. Troubleshooting:

1) Connect the reed contact, adjust the inductor, and adjust the size of the magnetic separator or inductor.

2) Replace leveling sensor

3) Troubleshoot the control circuit.

4) Adjust the up and down contactors.

(4) The car runs to the selected floor without speed change. main cause:

1) The wiring of the speed change sensor of the selected floor is poor or damaged.

2) The size of speed change sensor and sensing plate does not meet the standard requirements.

3) The control circuit is faulty.
