What problems should be paid attention to in the maintenance of household elevator

1. Pay attention to check the safety contact plate or light curtain contact plate switch circuit of household elevator, because the high opening and closing frequency of elevator door will damage the switch circuit.

2. Maintenance of hall door and car door of household elevator. Elevator failures usually occur on elevator hall doors and car doors. First, add oil at the oil filling place of the upper sill of the door and keep it lubricated so that the elevator will not make an unpleasant sound when running and opening the door.

3. Cleaning and lubrication of car guide shoes of household elevator. We all know that the guide shoe runs on the guide rail and there is an oil cup on the guide shoe. In order to prevent the friction sound during the operation of the elevator, the oil cup must be filled regularly, the guide shoe and the lift car must be cleaned.

4. The traction machine of household elevator needs oil lubrication. If you do not refuel, the elevator will not get good lubrication for a long time, resulting in the combustion of elevator traction machine and motor. After the elevator runs for a long time, the oil shall be changed in time to keep the traction machine fresh and well lubricated.
